This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan, ideal for someone with strong technical skills, creative vision, and client-facing experience.🔍 About the RoleYou’ll contribute to all phases of design—from concept development to construction documentation—while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants. You’ll work on custom, detail-rich projects for luxury clients including Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and The Beekman.🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs, design development packages, and presentations
- Produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD
- Create visual materials using Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp
- Select and specify FF&E for custom interiors
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors across disciplines
- Conduct site visits and support project delivery
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain design intent
âś… Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3–6 years of experience in high-end hospitality, residential, or private club design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience with construction documentation and FF&E
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with SketchUp and custom detailing is a plus

401k with MBDS contributing up to 3%.
Flex-time – start between 08.30-9.30 & finish between 5.30-6:30
Reduce lunch by 30 minutes/leave 30 minutes early
Summer Hours – option to leave at 1pm on Fridays between Memorial Day & Labor Day
WFH days – 2 per week
