Job description: Our client, a prominent Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property groupThis role offers the opportunity to work on all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution.Ideal candidates will have:A bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field2+ years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applicationsExperience with AI and machine learning technologies (preferred)USPTO registration (required)Candidates must be motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.
