Position Overview
- Lead all on-site electrical field operations from ground-up through commissioning
- Coordinate daily site logistics, safety meetings, and subcontractor management
- Own the electrical scope: quality, schedule, installation, and manpower
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and clients for seamless communication and execution
- Drive performance on fast-track, high-tech builds with complex systems and tight timelines
- Travel regionally (Midwest-based projects) with long-term stability and consistent workload
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
- Prior work on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC standards, and field construction best practices
- Proven ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and deliver on fast-paced timelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for extended project durations
