Job description: Your Opportunity as the DesignerWe are seeking a talented Designer to join our in-house agency, Seed Creative + Design. This individual will contribute to exceptional creative work across a wide range of marketing and advertising projects, supporting our portfolio of iconic brands. Our brand portfolio spans a variety of categories—from frozen handheld foods and spreads to coffee, sweet baked snacks, and pet food and treats. The work of Seed Creative + Design directly influences how consumers and business-to-business customers perceive these brands.The Designer will bring a conceptual mindset and a refined design sensibility. Creative executions span digital, motion, and print, including—but not limited to—campaign guides, video storyboarding, digital ads, eCommerce content, social media assets, website content, environmental signage, large-scale event creative, in-store displays, print ads, and collateral. Given the integral role of motion in many deliverables, motion design experience is essential.Location: Orrville, OH- Corporate OfficesWork Arrangements: Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires. Additional onsite presence may be required for photo and video shoots or other business needs, with potential travel as necessary.In this role you will:Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, copywriters, videographers, and both internal and external partners to bring creative visions to life.Ensure our brands are represented consistently across a variety of tactics, with creative tailored to diverse touchpoints.Present compelling creative concepts supported by clear, strategic rationale.Deliver projects from concept to completion, adhering to established processes and timelines.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.Conceptualize and direct photoshoots to capture impactful visual content.Develop storyboards and provide art direction for video shoots.Monitor design and industry trends, as well as competitor creative, to inform and inspire innovative work.Stay current with industry best practices, software advancements, and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities that enhance creative efficiency.The Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
