We are seeking a talented and warm customer-focused Kitchen and Bath Designer to create functional and visually appealing kitchen layouts for residential clients. This role involves consulting with customers, designing customized kitchen solutions, and driving sales from concept to completion. This is a Direct Hire + Commission opportunity in Palm Harbor, FL.Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their needs, style, and budget.
- Create kitchen layouts using Design 2020 software.
- Present design concepts and product options.
- Generate quotes and close sales.
- Collaborate with sales, project coordinators, PMs, and installers.
- Maintain product knowledge of cabinetry lines and finishes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen or interior design.
- Friendly and clear communication, along with sales skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp, etc.).
- Attention to detail, and customer service oriented.
