Salary offers for the selected candidate are based on the candidate’s education and experience related to the position, as well as our agency budget and equity. This position supports the Financial Services team with various administrative duties.Administrative support for FinanceThis includes, but is not limited to answering phone calls and replying to emailsManagement of mail for FinanceOpen, date stamp, review and distribute incoming mail to FSS staffLog checks received in FSS and work with FSS partner to reconcile and verify all checks were deposited dailyAssist with mailing out payments – outgoing payments to vendors – remittance adviceAd hoc assignments as assigned by Finance Management team

- Thorough knowledge of services, policies and procedures related to a program or area of specialization. Thorough knowledge of program information systems in order to communicate and process information.
- Ability to demonstrate and apply this knowledge in performance of administrative tasks. Ability to explain and interpret information to clients/customers and staff.
- Ability to compile, assimilate and organize both printed and electronic information. Ability to apply knowledge of data collection, storage, organization, manipulation and/or analysis of data.
- Ability to utilize office equipment and other relevant technology (software and systems) to meet organizational needs.
