Job description: Job Description:OverviewWe’re looking for a talented, self-motivated designer to join our tight-knit Gatorade design team. This mid-level role focuses on product and packaging design for consumer packaged goods (CPG), with work spanning concept through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates and partners across a large, fast-moving organization, so strong business acumen and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset are key.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product and pack designs for one of the world’s most iconic brands
- Bring fresh thinking to type, layout, and visual storytelling
- Create polished decks and presentations that communicate ideas clearly
- Manage multiple projects and rounds of feedback while staying organized and adaptable
- Navigate cross-functional meetings and build strong relationships with partners
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 – $140,650.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of design experience in CPG, branding, or agency/in-house environments
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and design systems
- Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Excellent presentation and deck-building skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude
- A collaborative spirit and self-starter mindset
- Bonus: 2D Animation/Motion skills to elevate creative output
- Bonus: Experience in the sports and athletics industry.
