Our client is looking for a freelance, on-call Sports Content Creator to support their dynamic marketing team in Dallas.This unique opportunity is perfect for a career freelancer seeking flexible hours, not a traditional full-time role. You’ll be instrumental in bringing our sports medicine expertise to life across various digital platforms, sharing vital information and inspiring stories with our community.Responsibilities:
- On-Campus Content Creation: Periodically travel to Frisco campus to capture compelling photos and videos.
- Sports Medicine Storytelling: Dive deep into the world of sports medicine, creating content around injury prevention methods, athletic training tips, groundbreaking research projects, innovative surgical techniques, and heartwarming patient success stories.
- Multi-Platform Content Development: Produce engaging content for both our blog and social media channels, including short-form videos like Reels, static posts, and more.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with our 19-member in-house marketing team, who handle everything from partnerships to email marketing, contributing to a vibrant and growing department.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for sports medicine and a desire to educate and inform.
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in shooting high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Experience with editing photo and video content for social media and website use.
- Flexibility and availability to travel to our Frisco campus as needed for content capture.
- A self-starter who thrives in a freelance, on-call environment.
Bonus Points (but not required):
- Experience with social media management platforms like Sprout.
