- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow specific cleaning plans tailored to each locations needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols and safety.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance cleaning techniques and skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and products.
- Able to work multiple days and variable shifts including nights and weekends.
Expected salary: $14 – 16 per hour
