Youll collaborate closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that supports growth, healing, and long-term wellness.What You’ll Do:Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for pediatric patients, considering age-specific needs and medical conditions.Serve as a vital liaison, integrating clinical nutrition services with departments, providers, and system-wide initiatives.Provide expert management of nutritional care for renal patients throughout all stages of transplantfrom pre-evaluation to long-term post-transplant follow-up.Why Lee Health?
