We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team and help maintain pools at vacation properties throughout the Great Smoky Mountains, TN.What You’ll Be Doing:Performing routine pool cleanings and chemical checksSkimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying basketsChecking and adjusting water chemistry to meet safety standardsInspecting pool equipment and reporting or addressing minor issuesEnsuring pools are guest-ready and crystal clear at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience with pool cleaning and maintenance (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person)A strong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and stay organizedValid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Clean driving record that can be insured under our insurance companyComfort working in outdoor conditionsNice to Have (but not required):CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certificationFamiliarity with vacation rental propertiesBasic mechanical or maintenance skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time or part-time opportunitiesSteady, year-round workWork truck providedBeautiful outdoor work environmentTraining provided for the right candidateIf you’re dependable, enjoy physical work, and like seeing instant results from your efforts, we’d love to have you on our team.
