We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaning Technician to assist with dormitory turnover cleaning for a college/ university in HAMPTON, VIRGINIA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards through a variety of routine cleaning tasks.Schedule:
10:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
Monday โ Friday (5 days/week)
On-site at college dormitory in HAMPTON, VAQualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and partitions
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes (sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, etc.)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand-scrub floors as needed
- Empty trash and recyclables into proper disposal areas
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Report safety or maintenance issues through the client checklist
- Ensure the facility is secured before leaving
- Follow all safety protocols and product usage guidelines
- Fulfill occasional special client requests as noted
Pay Range: $15.00- $17.50 per hour
