We bring the top professionals across all functions in food innovation to the select companies we work with—and we are tenacious, creative, and ruthlessly thorough when it comes to finding them.The RoleWe’re looking for a part-time / hourly Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring projects across our growing client base. You’ll help source, screen, and place professionals in impactful food system roles. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting people, passionate about a sustainable food system and wants to support purpose-led work in a flexible way.What You’ll DoSupport the end-to-end recruitment process for our client hire projectsWork closely with our Director of Recruitment to understand their project needs and ideal candidate profilesProactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates who are aligned with both role requirements and organizational valuesManage candidate communications and schedulingStay informed on trends in food systems and social impact hiringAbout YouPrevious experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy connecting with others and building relationshipsWell-organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedulePassionate about sustainability, improving our food system, or climate actionExisting network in sustainable agriculture, food, climate, or impact sectors would be preferredWhat We OfferFlexible, remote-first workPurpose-led work that supports people and the planetA collaborative, low-ego team cultureOpportunities for growth, learning, and expanding your role over time
