We believe this fosters engagement, longevity and expansion within customers and are genuinely intended to build long-term trusted partnerships and happy customers.Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time) + OvertimeTHIS IS AN ON CALL POSITION. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $22-24/hr
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, serve and coach site team & operations with teamwork, systems, and productivity.Provide the guidance, structure, organization, plans, and communication necessary to develop and empower each site’s leadership team, key employees, so they may create the environment for safe, productive, and customer satisfied work.
- Keep your team safe – nothing is more important than keeping your team safe. Apply LACOSTA SMS, emphasizing daily engagements that reduce your team’s risk of injury.
- Care enough to build a core leadership team & delegate where you can – Utilize SMEs, hire and promote LACOSTA Beliefs first, give your team opportunities to grow and take on responsibilities.
- Organize and structure your work – Well-structured and organized work increases employee confidence and reduces stress. These include quality SOW, Time & Task – Routes, Playbooks, and Budgets.
- Assist with and upkeep company management systems – Systems, when used properly, make things easier and more productive. These include HUB Timekeeping Perfect Punch, Lighthouse, JES, etc.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere while not compromising discipline – Create a community and discipline that protects the team and the customer. Discipline, while hard, ensures fairness and team accountability.
- Verify (Audit) your team’s quality and performance – It’s easy to diverge, and auditing, when used correctly, is an important part of catching misdirection early, and protects employee and customer relationships.
- Give your team what they need to succeed – Leaderships greatest contribution is giving their team the environment to be successful. Ensure they have needed supplies, working equipment, proper knowledge and skills to perform their job well and reasonably.

Build/Manage strategic customer relationships with leadership, standards, and areas of improvement.This role will engage customer site executives, leaders, and influencers learning the strategic needs and plans, and key management practices that we should work towards and within.
