Job description: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires someone who can provide operational support and ensure that all project requirements in our pipeline are collected and communicated to stakeholders across the organization in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will occasionally take on project management responsibilities and should have a working knowledge of accounting. Key Responsibilities include:
- Business Operations Analyst will apply working knowledge of accounting principles to understand financial implications of projects and support relevant stakeholders
- Assist with financial tracking and reporting related to project budgets as needed
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the business enablement function, assisting with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows
- Actively track and manage the timely collection of all project requirements for initiatives within the business funnel
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks to requirement gathering and work to mitigate them
- Maintain a centralized and organized repository of project requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring all stakeholders across the organization are informed of requirement collection status
- As a Business Operations Analyst, you will facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and other relevant departments to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates on project progress and requirement readiness to various audiences
- Occasionally take on project management responsibilities for smaller initiatives, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks
- Candidates must have experience in the duties listed to qualify for this role
- Any education or related certifications are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
