Through our telehealth services, at-home diagnostics, and in-person care, Posterity Health is the trusted partner for men at every stage.Job OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on driving awareness, demand generation, and customer growth for our business audience. This role will own end-to-end B2B marketing, from strategy development to execution, with a clear focus on increasing Posterity Health’s visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy, including content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and events.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Set up and manage our Hubspot marketing tool.
- Drive targeted demand-generation programs to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives with sales objectives.
- Manage and optimize online channels (website, LinkedIn, Google Ads, webinars, etc.) for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and results.
- Work closely with internal leadership, including sales, clinical, and operations, to effectively position and promote existing Posterity Health program and develop new ones.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare or technology; ideally in digital health or health tech
- Demonstrated success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience generating and nurturing leads through content and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of creating clear and persuasive messaging and content.
- Data-driven approach, comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales and Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
