With a dozen generative AI pilot projects in progress and full executive buy-in, a dedicated AI + UX team is being formed to reimagine both customer experiences and internal workflows through the lens of intelligent systems.We’re seeking a curious, systems-minded UX Designer to join this newly forming group. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners and prototype human-centered solutions using emerging AI technologies.What You’ll DoDesign and prototype AI-powered user experiences for both customer-facing and internal toolsReimagine chatbot interfaces and explore use cases for AI-driven personalization of complex informationCollaborate closely with engineers and AI specialists to align on feasibility and executionUse tools such as Figma AI and an internal GenAI sandbox to rapidly explore solutionsHelp establish design norms and best practices for an AI-first team environmentBring strong soft skills and a user-centered mindset to a fast-moving, experimental environmentWho You AreA well-rounded UX or interaction designer with 3–7 years of experiencePassionate about the intersection of design and AI, and eager to learn new tools and techniquesComfortable prototyping, thinking in systems, and communicating clearly across disciplinesTechnically aware but not expected to code—able to work fluidly with engineers and technical constraintsStrong in collaboration, adaptability, and design thinkingBonus if you’ve explored AI tooling in your workflow or have light CS or prototyping experienceTools & EnvironmentDesign stack includes: Figma AI and a proprietary GenAI sandbox for rapid prototypingTeam culture encourages experimentation, iteration, and cross-functional collaborationWhy Join?This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven product innovation.
