This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Track and reconcile expense reports and invoices
Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and project coordination
