Job description: We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Leadership Learning & Development to join our team at either of our corporate locations in Chicago, Illinois or Omaha, Nebraska.As the Senior Specialist for the Leadership Development program, reporting to the HR Manager of Leadership Development, you will design, facilitate, and manage programs to develop leaders at Conagra. You will identify areas for skill development in new leaders and create relevant training programs. You will analyze the effectiveness of training and delivery systems, audit and improve training programs, manage relationships with training vendors, and explore new training resources.What you’ll do in this role:Develop and implement targeted leadership development coursework for new managers and supervisors through blended learning experiences (eLearning, virtual, classroom) in both manufacturing and corporate environmentsUse data analytics to identify leadership skill gaps and improve program effectivenessFacilitate engaging leadership training sessions and manage program logistics including enrollment, scheduling, and resource coordinationPartner with stakeholders to align development programs with business needsManage vendor relationships and learning platforms to scale leadership developmentUse data analytics to track and analyze program data to drive continuous improvementWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organization Development, Business or related degree5+ years of professional experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Design and/or Learning & DevelopmentExperience developing training plans, content and curricula. This includes determining appropriate scopeDemonstrated experience applying learning theory to business environment/practices that is blended in approach and engaging for the learnerDirect experience with adult learning principles and training methodsDemonstrated experience developing partnerships with business and Human Resource leaders of an organizationExperience overseeing the execution of intricate, cross-functional projects, with ability to influence and achieve results through collaborationProficiency in MS Office applicationsWe require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the futureYou will typically be in the office 3 days a week. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
