Job description: Our client is looking to add a Plumbing/Fire Protection Designer to work under the supervision of a Senior Engineers and Project Managers on a portfolio of projects in education, assisted living, hospitality, and commercial office project types.
Required:
- Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of plumbing and fire protection system design experience.
- Experience should include equipment and distribution sizing for domestic water, gravity drainage, and natural gas systems.
- Also required is Revit and AutoCAD competence, familiarity with NFPA standards and building codes, and effective communication skills.
- Ideal candidates would have an associate degree or ASPE CPD or ASPE CPDT certification.
