Job description: The Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical and administrative duties and assists in the coordination of general office functions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with campus administrative functions
- Assistance with answering phones
- Assistance with events planning
Knowledge:Clerical – Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Works well under pressure, multi-tasking, and a team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 -year college or university; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required to work in person at our Boca Raton office
