Below are some duties and responsibilities of this position:
- Provide assistance to supervisors/managers with background employment packages and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide assistance to supervisors/managers with training systems for sworn/ civilian staff.
- Provide assistance to supervisors/managers to ensure all vehicle logs are submitted/approved timely for Department-owned fleet.
- Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks in multiple databases.
- Drafting and typing correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Answering phones, screening calls, and directing inquiries.
- Assist with various special projects.
- Performs related work, as required.

You contribute 7.5% of your compensation to this tax deferred plan. All OPS employees are required to participate in this plan and are automatically enrolled.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working in an administrative or office support roll.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
