Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team! This role is essential in supporting the U.S. HR operations by partnering closely with business leaders and providing strategic and tactical HR guidance. From talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, reporting, and employee experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR projects, including global programs, making this an ideal role for a motivated HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a growing international company.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR point of contact for executives within assigned business unitsCollaborate with leadership to define, implement, and manage HR strategies and deliverablesEnsure cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with global teams and leadersSupport the company’s expat employee populationManage the sourcing process for assigned hires in coordination with departmental requestsPartner with Compensation & Benefits teams to develop and negotiate offer packagesParticipate in onboarding and new hire training to support a seamless employee experienceMaintain and support SAP-HR and ADP HRIS systems, ensuring data integrityConduct employee data audits and support process automation initiativesGenerate reports for HR KPIs, including hiring success, employee experience, attrition, and exit trendsPrepare monthly headcount reports and HR scorecards for executive leadershipProvide ad hoc reporting and cost tracking by employee cost centersRespond to employee inquiries and ensure HR compliance with labor lawsCoordinate with external HR vendors and assist in invoice reconciliationConduct new hire check-ins and assist with other HR duties as neededRequirements5+ years of experience in Human Resources is requiredProven experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR initiativesStrong track record of achieving goals and meeting project deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience specifically utilizing VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables within Excel is requiredExperience with data analysis, reporting, and HR systemsEducation/Certification RequirementsA Bachelors degree requiredOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
