This role involves working on the initialphases of design for resort projects and a children’s museum, focusing onschematic design and design development. You will be responsible for draftingand documenting architectural drawings, plans, and construction documentation.Must Haves:
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Rhino.
- Experience in schematic design and design development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the initial phases of design for resort projects and a children’s museum.
- Develop schematic designs and design development details, including core and shell, and curtain walls.
- Draft and document architectural drawings, plans, and construction documentation.
- Utilize Rhino for design and drafting purposes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Experience with curtain wall design.
