As a Risk Adminstrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance through plan preparation and working directly with the Regulatory Manager and Field Managers in all aspects of regulatory affairs and policy advocacy.ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a Risk Adminstrative Coordinator based out of our Lenexa Kansas Office.The Risk Adminstrative Coordinator will assist the field operations for all regions. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information, and have a demonstrated ability to respond to changing workloads, priorities, and processes. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. This position also assists with ensuring the company is compliant with all applicable regulations related to the company operations and helps ensure the timely completion of regulatory functions as needed.In this role, you will…
- Assist the field operations for all regions
- Maintain accurate records with a high sense of confidentiality
- Adapt to changes in workloads, priorities, and processes to meet the needs of the business.
- Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable regulations related to the company operations and the timely completion of risk and compliance functions as needed.
- Coordinate and perform internal compliance audits on regulatory programs
- Partner with IT to improve current processes and programs
- Assist with ensuring that certifications, permits and licensing are current and that the business is prepared for renewals, including:
- Department of Transportation (DOT)
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- State Pesticide Licensing
- Other applicable federal and state programs
- Prepare, schedule, ship to include dropping off at local facility and track all mail/packages.
- Print, assemble and ship Stewardship packets, Hospital packets, DOT notebooks, Accident packets and all other requested items.
- Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager with preparing for annual compliance meetings to include: hotel contracts, food, flights and all necessary supplies.
- Inventory, track, and order all necessary supplies needed in the department.
- Represent the company in policy advocacy activities at the state and federal levels
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Manager on compliance activities and policies

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Must successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license that meet the level of acceptable standards
- Have the ability to travel up to 20% which may include nights and weekends.
- 2-5 years of experience in a critical administrative role
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and detail work standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other computer software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure and operating manuals and state regulations
- Ability to positively react to change in environment, process, and people
- Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Pest Control, Transportation and/or Safety
- Prior experience with federal, state, local, company safety regulation requirements. of OSHA, EPA, & DHS exhibiting knowledge to comply with federal, state, local and company safety regulation requirements of OSHA, EPA and DHS.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, PHMSA regulations to include – Management of Driver Qualification Files, Driver Training, HAZMAT Training.
- Direct experience with compliance of OSHA, EPA, and/or DHS regulations.
- Prior experience with investigating worker’s compensation, auto, general liability claims to determine cause, preventability, and identify potential trends.

- Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc.

- Stand for extended periods of time, bend, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
