What You’ll Do:
Project Leadership & Management
- Oversee full project lifecycle – from planning to execution
- Create and manage MS Project schedules, ensuring smooth execution
- Handle financials, reporting, invoicing, procurement, and change orders
- Coordinate with customers and ensure project margin optimization
Financial & Scope Management
- Maintain strong financial oversight, forecasting project margins
- Identify and mitigate scope creep to protect profitability
- Ensure cost-effective resource allocation and project execution
Team Leadership & Technical Oversight
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, helping them grow technically
- Work with peers to staff projects appropriately based on schedules and forecasts
- Maintain hands-on technical expertise to ensure high-quality software deployment
What You Bring:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in Automation & Controls
✅ Expertise in at least one of the following control systems & platforms:
- Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, FactoryTalk)
- Schneider (Modicon, AVEVA, Citect, PI, Wonderware/Archestra)
- Inductive Automation Ignition
- Distech & Niagara
✅ Strong electrical low-voltage installation & subcontractor management skills
✅ Basic knowledge of HVAC automation, instrumentation, & plant utility systems
