Compensation Range: $175,000 – 190,000 per yearWe’re seeking a Digital Product Leader to drive innovative financial product experiences that enhance customer well-being and meet business goals. This strategic role requires strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to turn insights into impactful solutions at scale.Responsibilities:
- Own & Drive Product Roadmap: Strategically lead the vision and execution of the Financial Wellness product roadmap within the broader digital experience.
- Align Product with Business Goals: Ensure the roadmap directly supports company objectives and drives customer engagement.
- Partner with Leadership to Prioritize: Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals and effectively prioritize product delivery.
- Manage Full Product Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of product initiatives, from requirements to launch.
- Maximize User Engagement: Create and launch compelling financial wellness features to increase user activity.
- Contribute to Overall Digital Strategy: Work with leadership to ensure a unified multi-product digital experience.
- Champion the Customer: Deeply understand and advocate for customer needs across all teams.
- Ensure Customer Excellence: Implement processes that prioritize a high-quality customer experience in all products.
- Drive Product Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends to develop innovative financial wellness solutions.
- Build & Lead Product Teams: Foster a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
- Integrate Product & Engineering: Drive collaboration and efficient processes between product and engineering.
- Lead Product Integration Efforts: Integrate relevant legacy systems and processes into the wider organization.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with various departments to ensure alignment.
- Manage Key Stakeholders: Own relationships with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Communicate Strategic Vision: Effectively communicate and build support for product priorities.
- Provide Clear Progress Updates: Keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and progress.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Champion the use of data in all stages of product development.
- Utilize Data to Drive Insights: Leverage data analysis to inform product strategy and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Digital Product Leadership: 8+ years building successful digital consumer products, ideally at large-scale organizations, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven Product Launch & Execution: Demonstrated success in initiating and delivering new products, features, or experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive & Influential Leader: A self-starter who identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and elevates cross-functional teams through strong leadership presence.
- Strategic Vision & Alignment: Experience developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy across diverse teams and the wider organization.
- Confident Communicator & Influencer: Comfortable in constructive debate with peers and persuasive in influencing leadership decisions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to inform, motivate, and gain buy-in to achieve team goals.
- Problem Solver & Strategic Thinker: Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify key issues, and understand the broader impact of decisions.
- Customer-Focused & Value-Driven: Deeply customer-obsessed with a drive to continuously deliver value while considering business needs.
- Analytical & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems and drive solutions to completion.
- Data-Savvy: Comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data (including proficiency in SQL) to inform strategies and measure outcomes.
- Detail-Oriented with a Strategic View: Natural inclination to delve into details while maintaining a clear understanding of the overall objectives.
- End-to-End Product Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience across the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Strong Ownership & Accountability: Takes full ownership of their product area and understands its role within the broader product ecosystem.
- Passion for Team Development: A desire to develop and elevate the skills of product managers.
- Bonus: Background in the financial services industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
