ResponsibilitiesThe successful Region Administrative Assistant/Data Analyst will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
- Review and approve accounts payable documentation including check requests and employee expense reports
- Assist with payroll processing including auditing for accuracy, updating changes, and managing promotions
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal compliance requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss statements for the Region Management Team
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and spearhead collection initiatives
- Act as the liaison between regional leadership, departments, and branch locations
- Disseminate communications from divisional leadership to branch-level teams
- Support and help drive regional initiatives such as sales contests, collections, and special projects
- Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals, ensuring company-wide adherence
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and maintain detailed resolution logs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and training sessions for branch and regional personnel
- Make travel arrangements and assist with event planning for regional staff
- Provide onboarding and continuous training for branch-level administrative personnel
- Conduct branch visits to offer support, ensure operational consistency, and promote best practices

QualificationsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
- Strong background in administrative support, financial review, or data analysis (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Previous experience in payroll, AP/AR, and customer service escalations
- Must be able to organize (files and systems), set priorities, and assume all responsibilities related to the position.
- Must be flexible, able to handle a multitude of duties, and work under pressure.
- Must be able to get along well with others, and communicate via the telephone and email correspondence without being either intimated or intimidating.
- Must be able to compose letters and handle routine correspondence
- This person must be a high school graduate with business school, college training, or related experience.
