Who You Are:The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in driving sales efforts by leveraging artificial intelligence to generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads. This role focuses on utilizing AI-driven prospecting methodologies to identify, engage, and nurture new logo accounts, optimizing outreach strategies to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.As a BDR, you will collaborate with Sales AEs and the Campaign team to define and refine AI-assisted prospecting models. You will harness AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to identify high-potential prospects, conduct targeted outreach, and personalize engagement at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-enabled lead generation technologies and the ability to execute multi-channel outreach strategies that drive engagement and conversion. What You Will Be Doing?:
- Utilize AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement AI-enhanced outreach campaigns, including personalized email, social, and phone engagement strategies.
- Leverage machine learning models to analyze prospect behaviors and tailor engagement tactics accordingly.
- Book meetings and generating qualified pipeline through AI-assisted activities.
- Optimize lead qualification processes using AI-based scoring models to deliver high-intent sales-qualified leads.
- Conduct high-level conversations with multiple personas across organizations to uncover opportunities for CRITICALSTART MDR solutions and Cybersecurity Consulting services.
- Work closely with marketing and sales executives to refine AI-assisted targeting strategies and continuously improve lead conversion rates.
- Manage and refine automation workflows within CRM and outreach platforms to enhance prospecting efficiency.
- Hit meeting and pipeline targets as established by leadership.
- Monitor and analyze AI-generated insights to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
What You Will Bring?:Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales/commerce, marketing, market research, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI-powered lead generation, digital marketing, sales, or market research, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity organization.
- Experience with AI-driven sales tools such as ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of AI and data analytics as applied to lead generation and prospecting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) with a focus on AI-driven insights and automation.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple AI-enhanced campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling AI-personalized messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of AI trends in sales and marketing.
