Be part of a team pushing the boundaries of innovation in depth perception and machine vision.Position Description:MORE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced machine vision models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, a passion for applying research breakthroughs to real-world applications, and an eagerness to tackle the biggest challenges in spatial intelligence. You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team, working to bridge the gap between research and product development.Responsibilities:Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for real-world deployment.Design and implement data collection tools, pipelines, and workflows.Lead the creation and execution of data annotation and labeling experiments to optimize model performance.Implement, optimize, and deploy machine learning models across embedded systems, on-premises platforms, and cloud environments.Collaborate with field applications engineering teams to support customer and partner deployments.Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and computer vision, integrating new techniques and architectures as appropriate.Qualifications:Deep knowledge of machine learning, including a strong grasp of computer vision fundamentals and model architecture families (CNNs, Transformers, etc.).Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, with strong tensor programming capabilities.Experienced in training and debugging vision models, with a track record of designing efficient architectures for deployment on GPUs and other accelerators.Familiarity with 3D computer vision concepts and the underlying mathematical frameworks.Expertise in navigating complex codebases and monorepos.Hands-on experience with git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a growing, global engineering team.Passionate about turning cutting-edge research into tangible products, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Familiarity with the tradeoffs in designing model architectures for efficiency and deployment.Experience with embedded systems or edge computing applications.Hands-on experience in deploying machine vision models in customer-facing environments.Education & Certifications:Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Benefits:401KMedical / Dental / VisionEqual Opportunity Statement:RCM is an equal opportunity employer.
