Partnered with Anesthesiology and Critical Care, the Division of Nursing and the Division of Surgery, this multidisciplinary team performs more than 15,000 surgical cases each year in more than 30 operating rooms spanning the Main Building and Mays Clinic.The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room must have at least one year of nursing experience in the Operating Room.Transformational Leadership: Leads the patient care team in providing high-quality care in the operating room.

- Ensures continuity of care through effective discharge planning, patient education, and coordination of services.

- Collaborates with the surgical team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
