Ideal candidates for this role will know and love digital projectmanagement tools, have a passion for clinical education development, and display a talent fororganizing cross-functional team members and processes – ensuring that we perform at a high-level and launch compliant programs on time.Reporting into the Senior Manager, AMI Curricula Design & Development, you will work alongsidecreatives and curricula experts to ensure all content makes its way through the Curricula, Design,Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal review process. Ensuring all materials are complete,legally accurate/compliant, successfully executed and delivered on time. This is a remoteposition.Responsibilities:1. Management of our Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (MLRC) review systemsand processes, from initial concepts through to approve for distribution2. Know when to escalate resource bandwidth and project blockers to manager3. Works closely with Project Manager to support project planning, assists with identifying,monitoring, and analyzing projects for risks4. Act as liaison for all stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met, as well as liaisonbetween AMI Curricula team and Marketing Operation team5. Takes ownership of projects in your queue, actively advocates for project approval6. Participate/schedule meetings to present topics and provide input, recognize issues andprovide solutions7. Create and maintain a “best practices log” that captures common MLRCrequests/guardrails, and frequently made mistakes in our program contents, to preventroadblocks and achieve a faster turnaround time, and share-out to team so we do notrepeat mistakes8. Spend time thoroughly and meticulously reading program content to actively apply “bestpractices” to each job before routing into review system as well as applying metadatathat is accurate9. Work with digital asset management teams to ensure that all approved materials areproperly produced, archived, retrieved, and moved across the organization10. Proactively build strong working relationships with stakeholders, reviewers, and vendors;and work with employees in all levels including VPs.11. Manage and monitor communications with volumes of 60+ emails/messages/text per day 12. Travel to bi-annual team meetings 13. Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience, is required2. 2-4 years in a project management role3. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high sense of urgency andownership of your projects4. Experience with project management software and compliance systems5. Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented6. Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills)7. Computer literacy, tech savvy, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)8. Adaptive to a rapidly changing environment with seasonal high-volume workload, flexibleto working overtime and/or weekendsAdditional InformationNice to have1. Experience in Mac OS2.
