Job description: Our Client, a respected, and well-known full service design build mechanical contractor is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add an Electrical Project Manager to their team within the Minnesota market.Job Duties and Responsibilites:
- Provide input to sales and operations regarding electrical work for commercial construction projects
- Ensure all latest electrical codes, technology, techniques, and practices are being employed
- Design-build per NEC and all electrical standards
- Optimize the use of labor, materials, equipment, and tools while managing projects
- Answer customer service calls
- Obtain subcontractors using standard subcontract agreements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Technical degree or similar experience in the electrical construction field
- CAD skills is a plus
- Adequate knowledge of electrical construction industry
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, and electronic estimating software
- Valid driver’s license required
