Job description: Senior ERP Business Analyst | Florida (Travel Required)We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst with Dynamics NAV experience to join our team in Florida. This role requires strong front-end user engagement and expertise in rolling out ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting ERP solutions while working closely with end users to ensure seamless adoption. Travel will be required as part of the role.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP system rollouts, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Work closely with end users, providing training and support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
- Ensure successful implementation and user adoption of ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with IT teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Dynamics NAV experience required, Business Central is a plus.
- Strong experience working with front-end users in an ERP environment.
- Proven track record in rolling out and implementing ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support ERP implementations.
