The ideal candidate thrives in face-to-face interactions and excels in on-the-ground, salesperson on the go sales efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Tracking: Identify, qualify, and track leads through research, networking, and industry insights.Market Research: Conduct detailed research to understand industry trends, potential opportunities, and target markets for M&A.Target List Development: Create and maintain an updated list of potential acquisition targets or clients, tailored to the company’s strategic goals.Field Sales: Engage in door-to-door sales efforts, stopping by client locations to present services and establish connections.Face-to-Face Meetings: Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers to discuss opportunities and build relationships.Pipeline Management: Keep detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting of sales activities.Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts to foster trust and repeat business.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in M&A or a related industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on face-to-face engagement.Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.Willingness to spend a significant amount of time in the field meeting potential clients.
