- Collaborate with leadership to understand corporate strategy and translate it into actionable and measurable business architecture plans.
- Analyze and model business processes to create a coherent vision of data flows and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain the business architecture framework, including business capability maps, process diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within existing business processes and capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with IT department groups to ensure business architecture aligns with IT strategy, especially regarding system architecture and application landscape.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the Airports Authority to gather feedback and requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Establish governance structures to ensure that business architecture practices comply with internal standards and external regulations.
- Monitor the execution of projects concerning business architecture guidelines and performance metrics.
- Prepare written materials and present formal briefings regarding proposed architecture solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of technological advances to help management plan future IT infrastructure requirements.
- Conduct business transformation readiness assessments, understanding organizational readiness for change, identifying issues, and addressing them in implementation and migration plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT/technology, including successfully implementing one or more enterprise solutions.
- Experience in defining and delivering enterprise solutions in a technical and Enterprise Business Architect leadership role.
- Expertise in analyzing, designing, and optimizing infrastructure and enterprise integration solutions.
- Providing business architecture analysis, capabilities, and workflows to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
- Strong skills in analyzing existing technology complexities and developing policies.
- Familiarity with business processes and assisting business stakeholders with build vs. buy decisions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, integrating security into enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
- In-depth understanding of various technology domains, including application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, microservices, and IoT, and their impact on enterprise architecture.
- Expertise in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify complex challenges and devise innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to manage organizational change and transition from current to future state architectures.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT/technology, including enterprise solution implementation.
- Enterprise Business Architect leadership experience.
- Analyzing, designing, and optimizing infrastructure and enterprise integration solutions.
