- Employee Relations Support: Provide dedicated coaching and guidance to managers across 34 clinic locations on handling employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), terminations, and other HR matters.
- Workers’ Compensation and FMLA Management: Oversee all workers’ compensation claims and FMLA scenarios for the clinics, ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and regulations.
- State Law Expertise: Stay up-to-date and serve as the subject matter expert on various state labor laws across multiple locations, ensuring the proper handling of HR cases according to each state’s guidelines.
- Reporting & Case Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records on employee relations cases, providing timely reports on progress, next steps, and follow-ups for each clinic incident.
- Open Enrollment Assistance: Assist in the open enrollment process for clinic employees, ensuring smooth communication and support for employees during benefit selection periods.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Must have (5) years of Human Resources leadership experience.
- Must have experience at a company with at least 500+ employees.
- Must have a strong employee relations background.
- Healthcare industry experience is a strong preference.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
Expected salary: $85000 – 90000 per year
