Location: Pierce County, WA
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $20 – $25 /hr (DOE)

Job Type: Full-timePosition Summary:As a Customer Service Representative in our Electrical Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of quality service. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing timely and accurate support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your ability to establish strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently will be key to our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.Essential Job Functions:
- Provide frequent order status updates to customers and interoffice staff.
- Deliver customer support electronically or by phone in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish and maintain accurate account details for customers.
- Process returns, including warranty claims, for customers.
- De-escalate and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Answer incoming service calls in the order they are received.
- Return all voicemails within one (1) hour to ensure prompt communication.
- Ensure all installation emails are sent out prior to 4:30 PM.
- Contact customers to schedule timeframes for our technicians to service their equipment.
- Perform outbound calls to existing customers to follow up and provide assistance.
- Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately.
- Review customer account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff as needed.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
