Job description: Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and project management experience for a long-term contract opportunity.DUTIES:
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
- Perform data analysis and generate insightful reports to support business decisions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on CRM functionalities.
- Monitor CRM system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage and coordinate CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
- Stay current with the latest CRM trends, updates, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Knowledge of data migration processes and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
