Job description: We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. - Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Qualifications:
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain a real estate license within 60 days is required
- Must have laptop and cell phone for business use
- Team-oriented and a willingness to follow team standards related to mindset, systems, and accountability
- Drug-free environment
