If so, apply to interview with our team today!Objectives of this RoleWith a primary responsibility of supporting the Director of Sales, provide support to the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficientlyMaintain and refine internal processes that support company-wide operations, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflowManage communication between Director of Sales and clients/employees/contractors, liaising with internal and external people on orders and tasksPlan and orchestrate work to ensure the Director of Sales priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheldDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesManage professional and personal scheduling and all non-selling tasks for Director of Sales, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logisticsCoordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the local teamInterface with clients and contractors to help fulfill all operational activitiesManage, coordinate, and arrange all back end details and logistics of client ordersPerform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, google spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of contact databaseMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the businessOrganize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsiteOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications2 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper managementSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects at onceHighly responsiveMeticulous attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengeAbility to keep company confidencesHigh School graduate required.
