- At least 5 years of experience in residential land development.
- Proven experience in plot planning, grading, and land preparation for residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of working with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams.
- Proficient in Bluebeam and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, manage stormwater flow, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Manage the process of preparing land for residential construction, including tree removal, grading, and plot planning.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and surveyors to create a design plan for the residential community
- Oversee the entire construction process from land development to home placement, ensuring quality and timely project completion.
- Securing permits and approvals from local government agencies and ensuring that the development project complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project is completed within its defined parameters.
