Compensation Range: $25 – 32 per hourWe are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Designer to support low-complexity initiatives in experience design. In this role, you will assist with content design, design research, strategy, and product design, while reviewing basic issues and procedures related to low-risk tasks. You will work under the direction of a supervisor, exercising judgment within defined guidelines and gaining a deeper understanding of design functions, policies, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide valuable information to client teams in the field of experience design.Responsibilities:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in experience design.
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
