We are seeking a highly motivated Project Lead specializing in Land Development within the Civil Engineering field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring they meet legal, environmental, and safety standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members and external partners to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in land development and project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to use AutoCAD and other design software effectively.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but Engineer in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
