This role combines a primary purpose of administrative support for our International Commercial and Global Commercial Strategy leaders and members of their teams. This role reports to the General Manager, International, and is based in Santa Monica, CA. Remote locations will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support, including calendar management, expenses, and travelPartner with the International Commercial and Global Commercial Strategy teams to support meetings and activitiesManage business calendar(s) collaborating with peers on forward planning initiativesPlan and organize internal onsite and offsite meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and meeting minutesCoordinate registrations for conferences, symposia, and local / international congressesMaintain departmental information, including but not limited to organizational charts, rosters, birthday list, distribution lists, territory maps, photo library, etc.Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires by scheduling interviews, creating onboarding plans, and completing onboarding tasksHandle general inquiries and route questions to appropriate resourcesAlways maintain confidentialityBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree ORAssociate Degree and 2+ years of experience ORHigh School Degree and 4+ years of experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of pharmaceutical processes and systems2 years of office administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and is organized with a systematic approachResilience under pressureAbility to prioritize information and meetings on behalf of team members / senior leadershipProven administration experience within a fast-paced international organizationExperience with data management and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and Zoom)Willingness to help and learn with a team player mentalityAbility to work in a field of uncertainty and ambiguityKnowledge of a second language (Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese) is preferredThe salary range for this position is: $97,495.00 – $126,170.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
