Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to help them hire.Salary Range: $130,000-$180,000 base.Our client is looking for a Product Designer to design foundational tools that allow users to create character videos for effective communication and storytelling. They will create world-class brand, product and user experience directly with founders from 0 to 1. They will report to and work with the CEO.This person will join our clients’ smart, energetic team and take a large amount of ownership over the product. They will make a tangible impact on our product quality as they navigate diverse challenges.Role responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for product video creation tools across mobile and desktop, craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
- Work with passionate engineers and top researchers to build a truly disruptive and novel technology.
- Work closely with the founders to shape the product strategy and realize it though world-class intuitive user experience.
- Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. You will evolve the design system intentionally as we scale.
Candidate requirements:
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, yet intuitive prosumer/enterprise products. You seek to understand the needs of users and can map the needs to technological capabilities, business, and roadmap.
- Experience designing web, mobile or desktop applications with sophisticated user workflows and systems design challenges
- Enjoy working in ambiguity and can lead the design process for a cross-functional team
- Experience on a fast-growing team, where you’ve operated in a fast-paced environment of uncertainty
- Excellent design craft and the ability to blend that with strong intuition for business and product strategy.
- Able to set accurate timelines for development and deliver on them
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience crafting design strategy for GenAI, social platform experiences, and/or systems.
- 2+ years of experience building video creativity tools spanning consumer and enterprise users
Expected salary: $130000 – 180000 per year
