Support North America business through efficient and future-proof operations by translating business priorities into operational levers and developing operational metrics and reporting to unlock insights and analyze operational success and pain points.
Apply critical problem-solving skills to identify issues in business processes and systems, propose solutions, and drive change by partnering with senior MSO team members or work independently on these projects.
Help the sales team understand how to navigate a complex CRM system and handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of system operation issues.
Develop subject matter expertise to support sales requests and approvals with speed and accuracy.
Own communication and maintain cross-functional relationships (with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal etc) in order to bridge any process and system gaps.
Leverage tools and systems to scale impact and drive adoption through training, documentation and automated solutions.
Provide guidance and enforce company policies and processes.Qualifications:Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Business Analytics, Advertising, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes to streamline and maintain high efficiency operations through system implementation;
Building and streamlining processes and workflows using project management tools, and tracking project status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables;
Using SQL to query on large data sets;
Automating data reports and performing quality review;
Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights; and
Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.Travel Requirement: Domestic Travel required up to 10%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
