Job description: Join the Happy Maids TeamAre you a bilingual (Spanish-English) professional with a passion for cleaning and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic and friendly Cleaning/Training Manager with at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience to help lead our amazing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with cleaning!What You’ll Be Doing:
- Train and support our fantastic Spanish-speaking employees
- Create engaging Spanish language training materials
- Promote safety for our team and customers
- Encourage excellence and motivate our team to be their best
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate important client messages to the team
- Resolve any client concerns with a smile
- Schedule and follow up on touch-up cleanings
- Handle any breakage or damage issues smoothly
- Hire and train new team members
- Assist with house cleaning when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) fluency
- Professional house cleaning experience
- Leadership and training skills
- Available to work Monday to Friday (8am till 5pm)
- Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle
What we offer:
- $18 per hours to start training
- Weekly Pay, direct deposit every Friday
- No nights and no Weekends
- Paid time off- Earn up to 5 days of PTO per year
