- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Willing to wear face mask
Essential Duties:
- Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, Sweep and clean all elevators).
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
- Represent facility in a positive manner; able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management.
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
This job reports to the Project ManagerThis is a Full and Part-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.Number of Openings for this position: 6
