The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of projects during the preconstruction and design phases. This role ensures that projects are executed within budget and on schedule while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical design and construction efforts during the preconstruction phase.
- Oversee commissioning processes including factory start-up and Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Develop and manage project documentation including integrated test plans and system operations guides.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations, including DPR’s injury-free environment safety program.
- Coordinate with owner, design team, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct inspections and test requirements to validate project specifications.
- Support onsite construction with active engagement in jobsite logistics and scheduling.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve complex issues and foster a culture of safety among team members.
- Utilize virtual design and construction software for project planning and execution.
- Mentor team members and promote a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical design and construction coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, automation, plumbing, and process piping systems.
- Experience with low voltage systems and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with building automation systems and fire safety regulations.
- Proficient in CPM Scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a collaborative environment.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

Expected salary: $100000 – 140000 per year
